R code and Raw Data for Clark et al. 2017 Diversity and Distributions

These datasets and the associated R scripts provide working examples of (a) running mixed models to predict parasite local distinctiveness, using a host phylogeny as the random term and running models across multiple host phylogenetic trees to account for uncertainty; (b) calculating host and parasite phylogenetic turnover across sets of phylogenies
