Transcriptomic analysis of radiation-induced neuroendocrine-like cells in prostate cancer

The main goal of this study is to identify DEGs in radiation-induced NE-like cells Overall design: mRNA profilles of LNCaP cells treated with cumutative dose of 40 Gy of FIR and untreated LNCaP cells本研究的核心目标为鉴定辐射诱导的神经内分泌样细胞（NE-like cells）中的差异表达基因（Differentially Expressed Genes，DEGs）。总体实验设计：对经累计剂量40 Gy的FIR处理的LNCaP细胞，以及未接受处理的LNCaP细胞进行mRNA表达谱分析。
