Reef fish community structure and species diversity were examined by estimating reef fish densities (per 1,000m3) using VideoRay Pro 4 remotely operated vehicle (ROV) video sampling. Data were collected at different reef sites in the northern Gulf of Mexico from August 30 - September 4, 2015; July 28 - August 9, 2016; and October 26 - November 2, 2017.
本研究通过采用VideoRay Pro 4型遥控水下机器人(remotely operated vehicle, ROV)采集的视频样本,估算礁栖鱼类的密度(单位:每1000立方米),以此分析礁栖鱼类群落结构与物种多样性。数据采集工作于2015年8月30日至9月4日、2016年7月28日至8月9日,以及2017年10月26日至11月2日期间,在墨西哥湾北部的多处珊瑚礁站点开展。
