Script to generate a R script that calculates monthly potential evapotranspiration (PET) from 2020 to 2070 using the Thornthwaite method for each APCU based on mean temperature and longitude (value 1 in script) and latitude (value 2 in script). Loops through all the APCUs coordinate points (longitude/latitude combinations).
本脚本用于生成一段R脚本，该R脚本将基于平均气温、经度（脚本中取值为1）与纬度（脚本中取值为2），采用桑斯威特法（Thornthwaite method）计算2020年至2070年间各APCU的逐月潜在蒸散发（Potential Evapotranspiration, PET），并遍历所有APCU的经纬度坐标点。
