This dataset comprises endoscopic videos from multiple human subjects, which is used to evaluate the performance of the proposed Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) system in terms of camera trajectory and dense depth reconstruction. It also includes a series of metrics for camera trajectory evaluation, depth estimation accuracy and surface reconstruction accuracy based on registered surface models. Additionally, four human cadavers were employed in this dataset for the assessment of surface reconstruction accuracy. In summary, this task aims to conduct a comprehensive performance evaluation of SLAM systems.
