RNA-seq of livers treated with corilagin

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) has been considered to be most commonchronic liver diseases. However, no validated pharmacological therapies have been officially proved in clinic due to its complex pathogenesis. The purpose of this study was to examine the protective effects of Corilagin (referred to Cori) against NAFLD in mice under a high fat Corilagin prevents NAFLD development.on diet (HFD) condition.非酒精性脂肪性肝病（Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD）被认为是最为常见的慢性肝脏疾病。然而，由于其发病机制复杂，目前尚无经临床正式验证的药物治疗方案。本研究旨在探究柯里拉京（Corilagin，简称Cori）在高脂饮食（high-fat diet, HFD）条件下对小鼠非酒精性脂肪性肝病的保护作用，且柯里拉京可抑制该疾病的进展。
