Administrative accounts from 2018 to 2021

This file contains all the administrative accounts, voted annually by the community, since 2018. The administrative account is voted annually in plenary session by the Regional Council (102 councillors from the 5 Norman departments - Calvados, Eure, Manche, Orne, Seine-Maritime). It reconciles the forecasts or authorisations entered in the budget (at chapter or article level in accordance with the provisions adopted when the original budget was voted on) with actual achievements in terms of expenditure (mandates) and revenue (titles). It presents the accounting results for the year. From 2022, the single financial account (CFU) replaces the CA. Each Administrative Account (AA) takes the form of an XML feed that aggregates the CA data from our software package. Each administrative account is controlled by the Prefecture to ensure compliance with the rules applicable to the preparation, adoption and execution of community budgets. <Budget Document> files may contain personal data. The publication of these files could infringe on the privacy of these individuals.
