Elasmobranch eDNA dataset – Northern South China Sea

This repository contains the data and analysis scripts supporting the study: “Spatiotemporal patterns of elasmobranch communities in the northern South China Sea revealed by eDNA”. The dataset includes:- Species detection and abundance matrices- Matched environmental variables- Sample metadata for dry and wet season surveys- R scripts for statistical analyses and figure generation Raw eDNA sequence reads are currently under submission to the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA).The accession number will be added once available.本仓库包含支撑研究《南海北部软骨鱼类群落时空分布模式——基于环境DNA（eDNA）解析》的数据与分析脚本。该数据集包含：物种检测与丰度矩阵、匹配的环境变量数据集、旱季与雨季科考的样本元数据，以及用于统计分析与图表生成的R脚本。当前原始eDNA序列读段已提交至NCBI序列读取档案库（Sequence Read Archive, SRA），待获取登录号后将补充至本仓库。
