Six kinds of pipe material (PVC, PE, stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized iron and concrete-lined cast iron) were selected to research the succession of microbial community in pipe wall biofilm with time.本研究选取六种管道材料，分别为聚氯乙烯（PVC）、聚乙烯（PE）、不锈钢（stainless steel）、碳钢（carbon steel）、镀锌铁（galvanized iron）及衬混凝土铸铁（concrete-lined cast iron），以探究管壁生物膜内微生物群落随时间的演替规律。
