Polyploidy induction in Fercal grapevine rootstock – Flow cytometry data

This dataset contains raw flow cytometry files (.fcs) and gating information used to assess ploidy levels in Fercal grapevine rootstock subjected to colchicine treatments in the presence and absence of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO).
