The method of obtaining nanocellulose involves the use of non-woody vegetable raw materials. Non-woody vegetable raw materials are treated with a mixture of glacial acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide， alkaline treatment with sodium hydroxide solution， hydrolyzed with sulfuric acid solution. The hydrolyzed cellulose is washed by centrifugation to neutral pH and the suspension is sonicated to obtain a nanocellulose gel.
