Supplementary Table 1. Clinical information of patients who had entered puberty. This supplementary table provides individual-level clinical, surgical, and hormonal data for patients who entered puberty during follow-up. For each patient, the table records age and sex at initial diagnosis, sex at last follow-up, presence of Müllerian structures, surgical history, post-stimulation testosterone and estradiol levels before puberty, age at puberty onset, serum LH, FSH, testosterone and estradiol levels at puberty onset, age at detection of hypergonadotropic hypogonadism with corresponding hormone levels, age at estradiol rise and the E2 level, and occurrence of cyclic hematuria during puberty. These data enable a detailed longitudinal characterization of pubertal development, gonadal function, and hormonal changes in patients with atypical gonadal differentiation.
