ADGAPP SNP Locus Zoom style score plots

SNP candidate prioritization scoring for all the variants within 3 Mbp of index SNP for each locus in atopic dermatits Paternoster et al. (2015) GWAS. Individual scores of all the SNPs within the 3 Mbp interval of lead SNP (highlighted as a purple diamond) quantifying evidence for prioritisation. Top prioritised SNP highlighted with a black square. 针对特应性皮炎（atopic dermatitis）Paternoster等人2015年全基因组关联研究（Genome-wide Association Study, GWAS）中每个基因座，对索引单核苷酸多态性（index Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, index SNP）上下游3兆碱基对（Mbp）范围内的所有变异开展候选单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）优先级评分。对以紫色菱形标注的先导单核苷酸多态性（lead Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, lead SNP）所在3兆碱基对区间内的所有单核苷酸多态性，计算其独立得分以量化其作为优先级候选的证据强度。优先级最高的单核苷酸多态性以黑色方形标注。每个文件对应一个基因座信号，并以其索引单核苷酸多态性作为唯一标识。
