In order to understand the distribution characteristics of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) in eel culture areas. The study assessed the pollution status of ARGs in sediment and wastwater from four eel farm. The relative abundance of the ARGs was determined by high throughput real-time quantitive PCR (HT-qPCR). the concentration of the antibiotics was examined by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) And the bacterial community characteristics of sediment and wastewater was analyzed by Illumina NovaSeq high-throughput sequencing technologies. Besides, the correlation between ARGs and antibiotics or bacterial community was investigated.

为明确鳗鲡养殖区域内抗生素抗性基因(antibiotic resistance genes, ARGs)的分布特征,本研究对4家鳗鲡养殖场的沉积物与废水中的抗生素抗性基因污染现状进行了评估。研究采用高通量实时定量PCR(high throughput real-time quantitative PCR, HT-qPCR)测定抗生素抗性基因的相对丰度,利用高效液相色谱-串联质谱(high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, HPLC-MS/MS)检测抗生素浓度,并通过Illumina NovaSeq高通量测序技术分析沉积物与废水的细菌群落特征。此外,本研究还探究了抗生素抗性基因与抗生素或细菌群落之间的相关性。
