tufA database

TufA database for OTU annotation (sequences span the length of the metabarcode, i.e. the second half of tufA). Annotation consists of fields separated by '|' and include Genbank Accession, Category (Phototroph, Heterotroph), Domain, Phylum, Class, Order, Family and Genus.

用于操作分类单元（Operational Taxonomic Unit, OTU）注释的TufA数据库，其序列覆盖元条形码（metabarcode）全长，亦即tufA基因的后半区段。该数据库的注释信息以竖线'|'作为字段分隔符，包含GenBank登录号（GenBank Accession）、营养类型（光合营养型（Phototroph）、异养型（Heterotroph））、分类域、门、纲、目、科及属。
