Cross-Scale Prediction of MODIS Land-Surface Phenology Reference Dates from Sentinel-1/2 Time Series Across Monsoon Rice Regions

This data record provides the processed, de-identified input data, analysis code, configuration files, complete out-of-fold predictions, parameter-selection traces, summary tables and publication figures for the study ‘Cross-Scale Prediction of MODIS Land-Surface Phenology Reference Dates from Sentinel-1/2 Time Series Across Monsoon Rice Regions’. The study authors are Fan Liu, Yugeng Guo, Yi Sun, Haoze Zhang and Wenzhi Zeng. The package reproduces rule-based, Elastic Net, single-view RBF-SVR, feature-concatenation RBF-SVR and dual-view multiple-kernel SVR (MKL-SVR) comparisons for MCD12Q2-derived SOS, Peak and EOS reference dates. It contains 2,483 common-eligible field-year records from Battambang (Cambodia), Nam Ngum (Lao PDR) and Jinghong, Yunnan (China), covering 2019–2024. Each record contains Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 time-series features. MCD12Q2-derived dates are regional-scale proxy reference dates and do not constitute field-level agronomic ground truth. Precise coordinates, field boundaries, original field identifiers and raw archived Sentinel/MODIS files are excluded. Sample identifiers are pseudonymised; precomputed anonymised group and fold identifiers are included solely to reproduce the reported validation design. The public package cannot reconstruct original locations or spatial groups.本数据集记录包含了针对研究《基于哨兵1号/2号（Sentinel-1/2）时间序列对季风稻区中分辨率成像光谱仪（MODIS）地表物候参考日期开展跨尺度预测》的经处理且去标识化的输入数据、分析代码、配置文件、完整的折外预测结果、参数选择轨迹、汇总表格以及已发表配图。本研究的作者为刘凡、郭宇耕、孙毅、张浩泽与曾文志。 本数据集包可复现针对MCD12Q2衍生的物候始期（SOS）、物候峰值期（Peak）与物候终期（EOS）参考日期的规则基模型、弹性网（Elastic Net）、单视图径向基函数支持向量回归（RBF-SVR）、特征拼接型径向基函数支持向量回归（feature-concatenation RBF-SVR）以及双视图多核支持向量回归（MKL-SVR）的对比实验。数据集包含来自柬埔寨马德望省、老挝南乌河流域以及中国云南省景洪市的2483条符合通用筛选条件的地块-年份记录，时间覆盖2019年至2024年。 每条记录均包含哨兵1号/2号时间序列特征。MCD12Q2衍生日期为区域尺度的替代参考日期，并不等同于地块级农艺实地真值。精确坐标、地块边界、原始地块标识符以及原始存档的哨兵/MODIS文件均已剔除。样本标识符已进行假名化处理；预计算的匿名分组与折划分标识符仅用于复现文中报道的验证实验设计。本公开数据集包无法还原原始采样点位或空间分组信息。
