In the present study, single-cell transcriptome sequencing was employed to investigate the antitumor mechanism of FVIO-MHT in breast cancer . Cellâcell communication was performed to predict the interaction between tumor cells and macrophages. Overall design: Breast cancer tumors of the Balb/c treated with FVIO-MHT or PBS after 24 hours were analyzed using Drop-seq-based single-cell RNA sequencing.
本研究采用单细胞转录组测序技术,探究FVIO-MHT在乳腺癌中的抗肿瘤作用机制。通过细胞间通讯分析,预测肿瘤细胞与巨噬细胞之间的相互作用。实验整体设计:对经FVIO-MHT或磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)处理24小时后的Balb/c小鼠乳腺癌肿瘤组织,采用基于Drop-seq的单细胞RNA测序进行分析。
