Single-cell RNA sequencing profiles mouse tumor-infiltrating B cells teated by UMP

Tumor-bearing mice tumor-infiltrating B cells and splenic B cells with or without UMP treatment were enriched by FACS followed by single-cell sample preparation, library construction, and sequencing to investigate how UMP regulates the subpopulations and propotions of B cells in the tumor immune microenvironment.

本研究对经或未经UMP处理的荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤浸润性B细胞（tumor-infiltrating B cells）与脾脏B细胞（splenic B cells）采用荧光激活细胞分选术（Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting, FACS）进行富集，随后依次开展单细胞样本制备、文库构建及测序，以探究UMP对肿瘤免疫微环境中B细胞亚群组成与比例的调控作用。
