In this study, interleukin (IL)-22 knockout (KO) medaka was established using genome editing system, CRISPR-Cas9. Furthermore, to explore roles of IL-22 when experimental inflammation induced, larval KO medaka were exposured to Dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) containing water and RNA-seq was performed.

本研究利用CRISPR-Cas9基因组编辑系统,构建了白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-22敲除(knockout,KO)青鳉模型。此外,为探究IL-22在实验性炎症诱导过程中的作用,本研究将IL-22敲除青鳉幼鱼暴露于含葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)的水环境中,并开展RNA测序(RNA-seq)分析。
