RNA-seq of murine small intestinal organoids treated with type I PRMT inhibitor MS023 against untreated controls

Murine small intestinal organoids were cultured in the presence or absence of 5µM inhibitor MS023 (PubChem CID 92136227), which targets type I protein arginine methyltransferases Prmt1, Prmt3, Prmt4, Prmt6, Prmt8. Organoids were grown in culture media containing EGF, Noggin and R-spondin (ENR), media was changed after 48h, and organoids were harvested after 120h.

将小鼠小肠类器官在添加或不添加5 μM抑制剂MS023（PubChem CID 92136227）的条件下进行培养，该抑制剂靶向I型蛋白精氨酸甲基转移酶Prmt1、Prmt3、Prmt4、Prmt6、Prmt8。类器官在含有表皮生长因子（EGF）、Noggin与R-spondin（简称ENR）的培养基中培养，每48小时更换一次培养基，并于120小时后收集类器官。
