Transcriptome sequencing of DHA synthesis use acetic acid by Schizochytrium

We investigated the metabolic mechanism that contributes to the increase in DHA content in this strain when sodium acetate was the carbon source, and the differences in lipid metabolism-related gene expression in the presence of glucose or acetate were investigated by comparing transcriptome data.本研究探究了以乙酸钠为碳源时该菌株内二十二碳六烯酸（Docosahexaenoic Acid, DHA）含量升高的代谢机制，并通过转录组（transcriptome）数据对比分析，探究了葡萄糖与乙酸盐存在条件下脂代谢相关基因的表达差异。
