本研究旨在探究异常JAK/STAT信号通路（JAK/STAT signalling）介导miR-193a发生表观遗传沉默（epigenetic silencing），进而导致胃癌中YWHAZ过表达与肿瘤转移的相关机制。实验整体设计：将AGS胃癌细胞分别感染携带shGFP或shSTAT3的慢病毒（lentivirus）。
