Dicentrarchus labrax gut modulation by Gracilaria gracilis

These raw data were obtained from gut microbiota of Dicentrarchus labrax fed diet enriched the algae Gracilaria gracilis. Two parts of the gut (anterior and posterior intestine) of fish fed diet enriched and not enriched with G. gracilis were sequenced, in order to analyse the modulative effect of this algae on the gut microbiota structure.

本研究的原始测序数据采集自投喂添加纤细江蓠（Gracilaria gracilis）饲料的欧洲海鲈（Dicentrarchus labrax）肠道微生物群。为探究该藻类对肠道微生物群结构的调控效应，本研究对投喂添加与未添加G. gracilis饲料的实验鱼的前肠与后肠两段肠道进行了测序。
