SCLC ctDNA sequencing

In this study we have sequenced the ctDNA of 28 Small Cell Lung Cancer patients in the TP53 gene, each sample has been sequenced twice.EGA study EGAS00001003984本研究对28例小细胞肺癌（Small Cell Lung Cancer）患者循环肿瘤DNA（circulating tumor DNA, ctDNA）中的TP53基因进行了测序，每份样本均完成两轮测序。本研究隶属于EGA研究EGAS00001003984。
