Standard blood biochemistry parameters were analyzed in 7-week-old WT C57BL/6 and STG90 mice (n = 9 mice per genotype and gender). ALB, albumin; ALT, alanine transaminase; AST, aspartate aminotransferase; ALP, alkaline phosphatase; Glu, glucose; TG, triglycerides; CK, creatine phosphokinase; BUN, blood urea nitrogen.

本研究对7周龄的野生型（WT, wild type）C57BL/6小鼠及STG90小鼠开展标准血液生化参数分析，每种基因型及性别均使用9只小鼠（n=9）。所检测指标包括：白蛋白（ALB, albumin）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT, alanine transaminase）、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST, aspartate aminotransferase）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP, alkaline phosphatase）、葡萄糖（Glu, glucose）、甘油三酯（TG, triglycerides）、肌酸磷酸激酶（CK, creatine phosphokinase）以及血尿素氮（BUN, blood urea nitrogen）。
