Fungal enrichment culture from soil

Comparison of living fungal diversity derived from forest, mine and restoration plots. Amplicon-sequencing of enrichment cultures was used as a method to detect the diversity.

本研究对森林、矿山与修复样地来源的存活真菌多样性开展对比分析。本次研究采用富集培养物（enrichment cultures）的扩增子测序（Amplicon-sequencing）作为检测该多样性的实验方法。
