Lindera glauca Raw sequence reads

Illumina paired-end (PE 300) raw reads were cleaned from adapters and barcodes and then quality filtered using Trimmomatic. Reads were trimmed from both ends, and all individual bases with a Phred quality score <20 were removed, as well as those with more than three consecutive uncalled bases. Entire reads with a median quality score lower than 25 bp in length after trimming were discarded.

Illumina 双端（PE 300）原始测序读段首先被去除接头与条形码序列，随后使用Trimmomatic工具进行质量过滤。对所有读段的两端进行剪切操作，移除所有Phred质量分数低于20的单个碱基，以及连续未识别碱基超过3个的读段。修剪完成后，丢弃平均质量分数低于25的完整读段。
