本数据集对比了3株人黑色素瘤细胞系与新鲜分离的正常原代黑色素细胞的基因表达变化。实验设计：针对每株黑色素瘤细胞系及原代黑色素细胞（primary melanocytes），均设置3次生物学重复，完成样本标记后在Illumina HiSeq2500测序平台进行测序。将黑色素细胞的转录组（transcriptome）分别与SK-Mel-28、SK-Mel-147及UACC-62这三株细胞系的转录组进行对比分析。
