Dataset of soil quality indicators under long-term tea cultivation in Lam Dong, Vietnam

This dataset contains soil chemical, physical, and biological properties collected from tea plantations of different ages (5, 10, and 20 years) and native forest sites in Lam Dong province, Vietnam. The dataset includes soil organic carbon, nutrient availability, pH, bulk density, plant-available water capacity, and earthworm density. The data support research on soil degradation and sustainable land management in tropical highland agroecosystems.本数据集采集自越南林同省不同树龄（5年、10年及20年）的茶园与原生林地，包含土壤的化学、物理及生物学特性。数据集涵盖土壤有机碳、养分有效性、pH值、容重、有效持水量以及蚯蚓密度等指标。该数据集可为热带高地农业生态系统的土壤退化研究与可持续土地管理工作提供数据支撑。
