FAIRUrbTemp dataset: street-level urban air temperature measurements across European networks

FAIRUrbTemp dataset is the first European-level dataset that consists of street-level (2-4 m) air temperature values from 12 European cities with different climates. In addition to level up the dataset, we developed an automatic serially quality control approach, which consists of 7 steps, and checked the quality of the dataset from different aspects. The data were collected from project partners of the COST Action FAIRNESS 20108 project. The aim was to collect data in the not cleaned version as much as possible and then apply the defined Quality Control to all of them and compare them with the same measure. File format: zip file of SEF files (Station Exchange format in *.tsv format)

Short description of the files: street-level air temperature data in each city. It consists of different sub-groups.
RAW: The raw data shared by the project partner. QC: The quality-controlled version of the data. Flagged data and the reasons for the flags are described in the Meta section of the SEF files.

Hourly data: Aggregated data from the raw version and quality-controlled (QC) data. Results of the QC check are also documented in the Meta section.
DailyMax:Maximum values for each day, based on the QCed version.
DailyMin: Minimum values for each day, based on the QCed version.

FAIRUrbTemp 数据集是首个欧洲级街面（2-4米高度）气温数据集，覆盖12个气候特征迥异的欧洲城市。为提质完善该数据集，我们开发了一套包含7个步骤的自动化连续质量控制方法，并从多维度开展数据集质量核查。本数据集的数据采集自COST Action FAIRNESS 20108项目的合作方。本次采集的核心目标是尽可能获取未经预处理的原始数据，随后对全部数据应用预设的质量控制流程，并采用统一标准开展对比分析。该数据集的详细说明可参阅以下文献：

文件格式：采用SEF文件（站交换格式，Station Exchange Format，*.tsv）的ZIP压缩包。

文件简要说明：各城市的街面气温数据集包含多个子分组：
- RAW：项目合作方共享的原始未处理数据。
- QC：经过质量控制处理的数据版本，标记数据及其标记原因可在SEF文件的元数据部分查阅。

逐时数据：基于原始版本与经质量控制（QC）版本聚合得到的逐时数据集，质量控制检查的结果同样记录于SEF文件的元数据部分。
日最大值（DailyMax）：基于经质量控制的数据集计算得到的每日最高气温值。
日最小值（DailyMin）：基于经质量控制的数据集计算得到的每日最低气温值。
