This 21-color panel was designed to identify and characterize unconventional, donor unrestricted T cell (DURT) populations in rhesus and cynomolgous macaques and was optimized on nonhuman primate (NHP) PBMC samples.本21色检测组合旨在鉴定并表征恒河猴与食蟹猴中的非经典供体非限制性T细胞（donor unrestricted T cell, DURT）群体，且已针对非人类灵长类（nonhuman primate, NHP）外周血单个核细胞（peripheral blood mononuclear cell, PBMC）样本完成优化。
