This study was designed to measure global changes in gene expression in reendothelialized bioengineered liver contructs (rBELs) between early (low glucose consumption) and late (high glucose consumption) stages of perfusion bioreactor culture. This study included rBELs in low (n=2) and high (n=6) glucose consumption phases. HUVECs (n=1) and human liver sinusoidal endothelial cells (HLSECs) (n=1) were included as controls.

本研究旨在量化灌注生物反应器培养的再内皮化生物工程肝脏构建体(reendothelialized bioengineered liver constructs, rBELs)在早期(低葡萄糖消耗阶段)与晚期(高葡萄糖消耗阶段)之间的基因表达整体变化。本研究纳入了处于低葡萄糖消耗相(n=2)与高葡萄糖消耗相(n=6)的rBELs,并设置人脐静脉内皮细胞(human umbilical vein endothelial cells, HUVECs,n=1)及人肝窦内皮细胞(human liver sinusoidal endothelial cells, HLSECs,n=1)作为对照。
