NutriNet: crop names lookup table

Look up table to match crop names between 1) crop supply data from the Statistics Division of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAOSTAT) and 2) crop-specific nutrient content estimates from the Global Expanded Nutrient Supply (GENuS). To join crop supply (FAOSTAT data) and nutrient content data (GeNUS estimates) required harmonized crop names (e.g., “Almonds, in shell” vs. “Almonds; with shell”, respectively).

本查找表（look up table）用于匹配两类来源的作物名称：1）联合国粮食及农业组织统计部的作物供应数据（FAOSTAT），2）全球扩展营养供应（GENuS）的作物特异性营养含量估算值。为将作物供应数据（FAOSTAT数据）与营养含量数据（GENuS估算值）进行关联，需使用统一化的作物命名规范（例如分别对应“带壳杏仁”与“杏仁；带壳”）。
