A platform for generating expandable, branching and gene-editable ureteric bud organoid from primary mouse and human ureteric bud progenitor cells and human pluripotent stem cells, and its maturation into collecting duct organoid. Overall design: mRNA profiles of mouse ureteric bud (UB) organoids cultured in mUBCM for 5 days, 10 days and 20 days, as well as mouse collecting duct (CD) organoids and adult mouse CD cells purified by FACS from kidneys of 2-month-old Hoxb7-Venus mice.

本平台可从原代小鼠及人输尿管芽（ureteric bud）祖细胞、人多能干细胞中制备可扩增、可分支且基因可编辑的输尿管芽类器官，并可诱导其进一步成熟为集合管类器官。
整体实验设计：对在小鼠输尿管芽条件培养基（mUBCM）中分别培养5天、10天及20天的小鼠输尿管芽（UB）类器官，以及小鼠集合管（CD）类器官和从2月龄Hoxb7-Venus转基因小鼠肾脏中通过荧光激活细胞分选（FACS）纯化得到的成年小鼠集合管（CD）细胞的mRNA表达谱进行检测。
