1255 samples from Cohort 1 and 1846 biopsy samples from Cohort 2 were sequenced for V5/V6 region of 16S rRNA genes. Sequencing was performed using Ion PGMTM System and analyzed in QIIME 1.9.1.
队列1（Cohort 1）的1255份样本与队列2（Cohort 2）的1846份活检样本，均针对16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）基因的V5/V6可变区进行了测序。本次测序采用Ion PGM™ 系统完成，数据分析基于QIIME 1.9.1软件开展。
