从包含6000头公牛的数据库中筛选出高繁殖力与低繁殖力公牛，随后通过全基因组甲基化测序（whole genome methylation sequencing），鉴定与公牛繁殖力相关的精子源性差异甲基化区域（Differentially Methylated Regions，DMR）及差异甲基化胞嘧啶（Differentially Methylated Cytosines，DMC）。整体实验设计：解析与公牛繁殖力相关的公牛精子甲基化特征。
