Oxford Nanopore sequencing data for Arctogadus glacialis

This repository contains the raw sequencing data from Oxford Nanopore sequencing. Currently, is it not possible to deposit this in INSDC, but recalling bases from this raw sequencing data can be really useful for genome assembly projects.

本仓库收录了牛津纳米孔测序（Oxford Nanopore sequencing）产生的原始测序数据。目前该数据集无法存入国际核苷酸序列数据库协作组织（INSDC），但对此类原始测序数据开展碱基重识别工作，可在基因组组装项目中发挥重要价值。
