Case report data from the National Health Institute (INAS in Spanish) for all 74 diseases reported in the national surveillance system during 2007- 2015. All compiled case reports specify type of disease, occurrence locations at the municipality level, and demographic variables such as age and ethnicity.<br>
本数据集源自国家卫生研究院（西班牙语缩写INAS），涵盖2007年至2015年期间国家监测系统上报的全部74种疾病的病例报告数据。
所有汇编完成的病例报告均明确载明疾病类型、市级层面的发病地点，以及年龄、种族等人口统计学变量。
