Improved Nanopore full-length cDNA sequencing by PCR-suppression

We performed Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) long-read RNA sequencing (RNAseq) on 4 cDNA-PCR libraries generated either with the ONT SQK-PCB109 protocol or our inhouse protocol termed Panhandle. The goal was to compare the ONT and Panhandle protocol. We show that the Panhandle method results in better library preparation yielding much better results. The datasets here represent these reads.

本研究针对4个cDNA-PCR文库开展牛津纳米孔技术公司（Oxford Nanopore Technologies, ONT）长读长RNA测序（RNAseq），上述文库分别采用ONT SQK-PCB109试剂盒流程或本实验室自主研发的Panhandle流程构建。本研究旨在对比ONT与Panhandle两种建库流程的表现，结果显示Panhandle流程可实现更优质的文库制备，从而获得更优异的测序结果。本数据集即对应上述测序读段。
