Additional file 2. Comparative analysis of the most expressed proteins in each condition for each Penicillium echinulatum strain. This comparative analysis was based on the list, in order, of ten proteins with more spectra found in each carbon source in the wild type 2HH and mutant S1M29 and also the most expressed proteins when analyzing both strains.
