Three bacterial strains were isolated from a human fecal sample with the objective of enriching strains capable of utilizing allulose as the sole carbohydrate source. The strains were identified as Klebsiella pneumoniae AL_P1_42, Klebsiella oxytoca AL_P1_47 and Enterococcus faecium AL_P1_50. These isolates were subsequently subjected to sequencing and assembly for the purpose of comprehensive characterization.
本研究从人类粪便样本中分离得到三株细菌菌株,旨在筛选能够以阿洛酮糖作为唯一碳水化合物源的菌株。经鉴定,这三株菌株分别为肺炎克雷伯菌(Klebsiella pneumoniae)AL_P1_42、产酸克雷伯菌(Klebsiella oxytoca)AL_P1_47以及粪肠球菌(Enterococcus faecium)AL_P1_50。后续,我们对上述分离菌株进行了测序与组装,以完成全面的特征表征。
