In this study, based on high-throughput sequencing of 16SrDNA and ITS amplicons, combined with bioinformatic analysis, we set up to study the effect of inter-treatment on the diversity and community structure of soil microorganisms in drip-irrigated maize during the heading and maturity stages using the treatment of full-mulching (T5) and the treatments of no-mulching (T0) and half-mulching (T3) as controls.

本研究基于16S核糖体DNA(16SrDNA)与ITS扩增子(ITS amplicons)的高通量测序(high-throughput sequencing),结合生物信息学分析(bioinformatic analysis),以全膜覆盖(T5)、无覆盖(T0)及半膜覆盖(T3)为对照,旨在探究不同覆盖处理对滴灌玉米抽穗期与成熟期土壤微生物多样性及群落结构的影响。
