Effect of ginkgetin on gene expression of LX2 hepatic stellate cells

To investigate the mechanism of anti-fibrotic effect of ginkgetin, we performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtain from RNA-seq of LX2 cells. LX2 cells were treated by DMSO or ginkgetin(5μM) for 48 hours为探究银杏素（ginkgetin）的抗纤维化作用机制，本研究采用LX2细胞的RNA测序（RNA-seq）所得数据开展基因表达谱分析。将LX2细胞分别以二甲基亚砜（DMSO）或5μM银杏素处理48小时。
