Bioinformatics Analysis of Gene Expression Profiles for Diagnosing Sepsis and Risk Prediction in Patients with Sepsis

This study aimed to compare gene expression profiles between patients with sepsis and healthy volunteers, to determine the accuracy of these profiles in diagnosing sepsis, and to predict sepsis outcomes by combining bioinformatics data with molecular experiments and clinical information. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for patients with sepsis and healthy volunteer.

本研究旨在对比脓毒症患者与健康志愿者的基因表达谱，明确该类表达谱用于脓毒症诊断的准确度，并通过整合生物信息学数据、分子实验与临床信息预测脓毒症预后。总体实验设计：针对脓毒症患者与健康志愿者的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据开展对比性基因表达谱分析。
