ATN 123_CRF TRSF Subject Transfer Form Dataset in Structural and Partnership Factors Affecting Adherence to Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) Among Young Men Who Have Sex With Men

Study Description
A longitudinal pilot sub-study of ATN 110 and ATN 113 assessing how structural (physical settings) and partnership factors affect adherence of young men who have sex with men to Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP). The study compared levels of adherence reported in the Interactive Questionnaire System (iQS) to those collected in ATN 110 or ATN 113 by ACASI, Wisepill, and drug concentration levels in blood and hair. The iQS was administered at study entry (ATN 110 or ATN 113 week 24) and week 24 (ATN 110 or ATN 113 week 48) visits. HIV-1 uninfected young men ages 15 through 22 years, co-enrolled in ATN 110 or ATN 113, who have sex with men and were prescribed FTC/TDF (Truvada®) for Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis

研究概况
本研究为针对ATN 110与ATN 113开展的纵向先导子研究，旨在评估结构性（物理环境）与伙伴关系因素对男男性行为青年人群暴露前预防（Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis, PrEP）用药依从性的影响。本研究将交互式问卷系统（Interactive Questionnaire System, iQS）采集的用药依从性报告数据，与ATN 110或ATN 113研究中通过音频计算机辅助自我访谈（Audio Computer-Assisted Self-Interviewing, ACASI）、Wisepill智能药盒以及血液与毛发药物浓度检测得到的依从性数据进行对比。交互式问卷系统分别在研究入组时（对应ATN 110或ATN 113的第24周访视）及第24周访视时（对应ATN 110或ATN 113的第48周访视）进行发放。本研究的纳入对象为15至22岁的HIV-1未感染男男性行为青年，他们共同入组ATN 110或ATN 113研究，并被处方使用恩曲他滨/替诺福韦二吡呋酯（FTC/TDF，商品名Truvada®）进行暴露前预防。
