Note: N is the sample size of the respective survey. Estimates are weighted using the standard population distribution based on the WHO World Standard. For educational attainment we used a standard coding based on the 1997 International Standard Classification of Education ISCED-97 (UNESCO [16]). Income quintiles are calculated based on annual total household income.
