CX3CR1cre_IABflox_stereology

This dataset contains stereological quantification of tyrosine hydroxylase positive neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta of AAV2-SYN transduced CX3CR1 Cre/+ or CX3CR1 Cre/+ IAB fl/fl mice. Brans were collected at 6 months post-transduction, labelled with anti-TH antibodies, and quantified using a brightfield microscope and Stereoinvestigator software.本数据集包含对AAV2-SYN转导的CX3CR1 Cre/+或CX3CR1 Cre/+ IAB fl/fl小鼠黑质致密部（substantia nigra pars compacta）中酪氨酸羟化酶（tyrosine hydroxylase, TH）阳性神经元的体视学定量分析。实验于转导后6个月采集脑组织，使用抗TH抗体进行标记，并通过明场显微镜与Stereoinvestigator软件完成定量统计。
