Myod-lineage beige adipose tissue identification

We investigated RNAs from Myod-lineage (GFP tagged) adipose tissue micro-dissected from inguinal WAT of Myod CRE; mTmG reporter mice (N=3). As comparison group, GFP- adipose tissue was dissected from inguinal WAT of the same mice (N=3) under microscope.

本研究对携带Myod-Cre与mTmG报告基因的小鼠（N=3）的腹股沟白色脂肪组织（inguinal white adipose tissue，WAT）进行显微切割，分离得到Myod谱系（Myod-lineage）且经绿色荧光蛋白（green fluorescent protein，GFP）标记的脂肪组织，并对该组织的核糖核酸（Ribonucleic Acid，RNA）进行检测分析。作为对照组，本研究从上述同批次小鼠（N=3）的腹股沟白色脂肪组织中，经显微镜下操作分离获取GFP阴性脂肪组织。
