CRISPR-Cas is an adaptive immune system with targeted defense functions against foreign invading nucleic acid and plays an important role in antibiotic resistance. In this study, we aimed to investigate II-A CRISPR-Cas-mediated immunity and molecular mechanismof hindering the horizontal transfer of drug resistance genes in Enterococcus faecalis.成簇规律间隔短回文重复序列相关系统（CRISPR-Cas）是一类具备靶向抵御外源入侵核酸功能的适应性免疫系统，且在抗生素耐药性形成中发挥重要作用。本研究旨在探究II-A型CRISPR-Cas系统介导的免疫防御机制，以及粪肠球菌（Enterococcus faecalis）中该系统阻碍耐药基因水平转移的分子机制。
