the renoprotective effect of oleanolic acid on kidney injuried rats induced by Euphorbia Pekinensis through gut microbiota

the intestinal and renal injury caused by Euphorbia Pekinensis was related to the metabolic disorder caused by the imbalance of intestinal flora. oleanolic acid (OA) can regulate intestinal flora, restore metabolic balance and reduce renal injury. This study provides a reference for the theoretical study of compatibility and detoxification of traditional Chinese medicine. It also provides a new insight for OA to target intestinal flora in the treatment of cholestatic renal injury.

京大戟（Euphorbia Pekinensis）所致的肠损伤与肾损伤，与肠道菌群失衡引发的代谢紊乱密切相关。齐墩果酸（oleanolic acid, OA）可调节肠道菌群、恢复代谢平衡并减轻肾损伤。本研究为中药配伍减毒的理论研究提供了参考依据，同时也为齐墩果酸靶向肠道菌群治疗胆汁淤积性肾损伤提供了全新的研究视角。
